Children are born with an innate capacity to play, to create, to feel deeply, and to care about other people. Yet, in a digitized, commercialized world, we often prevent children from playing, stifle their creativity, deny the validity of their feelings, and encourage them to value things over relationships. Nurturing children’s healthy development and wellbeing is the theme that links all of my work -- as a ventriloquist and children’s entertainer, a psychologist, an author, and as an activist.
This is the true creative artist at work amid growing children.
